Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched, except where the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. Cakes with Rick cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service, missed deliveries, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

All food items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
